This is a foundational course that introduces participants to the structure, principles, and operational framework of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Constitution. The course explores the history and significance of the Constitution, party philosophy, organizational structure, membership requirements, code of conduct, and disciplinary procedures. It also examines the processes governing national, regional, presidential, and parliamentary elections within the party, equipping participants with a deeper understanding of internal party governance, leadership qualifications, and democratic practices within the NDC.
